This marking signifies that the watch was produced during a transitional period in the late 1990s when Rolex switched from tritium to LumiNova for their luminescence, the 'Swiss Only' dials were only in production for 18 months when they were replaced by 'Swiss Made' dials when the switch to SuperLuminova was made.
