At JJW Watches, we strive to ensure our customers are entirely satisfied with their purchases. We understand the importance of finding the perfect luxury watch and want to provide you with complete peace of mind. In keeping with the UK Consumer Rights Act, we offer a 14-day return policy:

1. Timeframe for Returns Customers may return a product within 14 days of receipt. The 14-day period commences on the day following the day the customer receives the product.

2. Condition of Returned Items The product must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, along with any included accessories, manuals, and warranty documentation.

Kindly be aware that the state of returned watches significantly impacts the acceptance of your return or refund process. If any timepieces are returned in a condition other than the original state at the point of sale, the return may either be declined or the cost for necessary repair and remedial work may be deducted from the total refund amount.

3. Process for Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at or 01925 387 118. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

4. Faulty Goods

We endeavour to offer watches in full working and with detailed condition reports outlaid in product descriptions. In the rare circumstance any watch should malfunction, faulty Goods should be returned, inclusive of all original packaging, paperwork, links, user manual, service papers, and box, as originally supplied by JJW Watches, within 14 days of alerting us about the faulty Good.

For UK-based customers with Goods that are faulty upon delivery, we commit to refunding your reasonably incurred return postage costs as long as you follow our return instructions and provide a receipt.

4. Refunds Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods, or evidence that they were returned, whichever is the earlier.

5. Return Delivery Costs

Customers are responsible for the return delivery costs. We advise using a trackable delivery service and purchasing courier insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.

6. Exclusions

Please note that bespoke orders, customised pieces, and items marked as 'final sale' are not eligible for return, in accordance with the exceptions provided under the UK Consumer Rights Act.

7. Exchange
